Purpose

Reporting Channels

Whistleblowers may report concerns via:

  • Email
  • Phone
  • In-person meeting with the Compliance Officer
  • Confidential Drop Box

Anonymous reports are accepted, but providing contact information helps in effective follow-up and resolution.

Protection of Whistleblowers

         All reports will be treated confidentially and investigated fairly.

  • Whistleblowers will not face retaliation, discrimination, or victimization.
  • Retaliation against whistleblowers will result in strict disciplinary action.

Investigation & Action

  • All complaints will be acknowledged and investigated by a designated compliance officer or management team.
  • Corrective measures will be taken if any wrongdoing is found.
  • Disciplinary actions may include termination of employment or contracts, or legal action where applicable.
