Recruitment Procedure

Process Flowchart

Foreign employers must recruit manpower through licensed agencies registered under Nepal’s Department of Labor. These agencies, like Kantipur Manpower Service Pvt. Ltd., directly negotiate with overseas employers to fulfill workforce needs. Upon receiving an authenticated demand letter, the agency seeks recruitment permission from the Labor Department, which oversees and authorizes the entire recruitment process. The agency must submit verified documents to obtain this approval.
