Counselling Session
We are a fair, ethical, and responsible recruitment service provider. We provide foreign workers with reactive support regarding ethical matters through counselling sessions. Spreading general awareness regarding ethical recruitment has been a mandatory need in today’s scenario to prevent foreign workers from fraud, corruption, and abuses. We not only protect our workers but also help them to fight against unethical practices they come across. Overall, we promote labour rights through counselling to reduce the risk of fraud, corruption, human trafficking, and modern slavery.
Our counseling with the jobseekers/workers is also focused on the following aspects:
- Use and benefits of Helpline and Hotline numbers.
- Ensure workers understand ethical recruitment norms.
- Bring about awareness concerning confidential or anonymous whistle blowing policy without fear of punishment and retaliation.
- Win the confidence of the workers so that they will not use or seek to rely on any form of recruitment intermediaries to get recruited, or cancel the use of such persons.
