The second party accepted to undergo 3 months probationary period. After successfully performing in the probation period. Employment place will be in (Related Countries)
The contract period will be for (2) Two Years (renewable) including the previous three months probationary period.
The second party should to work 8 hours duty a day and 6 days a week . Any extra hour of the work will be paid minimum 150% of basic salary after normal duty hours.
The first party shall be provided free visa and free both ways Air tickets. But the company does not provided any services charge for Nepal recruitment agency.
The first party will be also provided to the second party the bachelor housing accommodation.
The first party will be provided to the second party the free insurance, uniform & safety, electricity, water charge and transportation to and from the residence to the working site. The first party is entitled to get 21 days paid leave per year or as per company policy.
In case the second party wants to come back to Nepal for any reason, he should give the written notice to the management before one month. For this reason, the first party will not bear any traveling expenses. In case the first party wants to send back the second party for any other reason other than the bad performance of the second party, all the expenses will be borne by the first party.
The first party shall bear Government fees like exit, re-entry cost, medical insurance, residential permit (Ekama) ,water, electricity charge, hostel charge and other taxes but not responsible for the wrong conduct or misbehavior of the second party. He should abide by all rules and regulations of (Related Countries) laws.
Both the parties have read, understood, accepted and signed this agreement with above mentioned terms and conditions in their full mental sense.
